Responsibilities:

The Process Engineer is responsible for reviewing 2D & 3D drawings for measurement feasibility and achievability for production and inspection intent:

• Utilize the provided software to analyze the 2D & 3D drawings
• Communicate directly with other departments to relay information pertaining to measurement results and techniques
• Maintain documentation to give direction to other departments on status of programs
• Work with outside vendors to provide direction and discuss concepts for gauges relating to production inspection

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field
• 3+ years of measurement & inspection experience
• Good understanding of measurement techniques
• Understanding of part inspection in relation to GD&T
• Ability to read a print for measurement
