Your Role:

• Optimize & Innovate: Develop process improvements to boost productivity and reduce waste. Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate: Work with manufacturing, quality assurance, and R&D to align on process goals and support new process implementation.
• Document & Comply: Create and maintain SOPs and process flow diagrams. Ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Train: Educate production staff on new processes and best practices.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead Lean and Six Sigma projects, recommending adjustments to keep us performing at our best.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electronic Engineering.
• 2+ years in process engineering.
• Strong analytical skills, teamwork, and a knack for problem-solving.
• Familiarity with automation and industry regulations.

Bonus Points:

• Lean/Six Sigma certification.
• Experience in steel/wire manufacturing.
• Bilingual (Spanish is a plus).
