Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of private event sales and execution within the restaurant, including inquiries, contracts, and post-event follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution and exceptional guest experiences.
- Generate and nurture leads through targeted outreach, networking, and relationship-building with potential clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for private events.
- Create detailed event proposals, menus, and timelines, ensuring all client needs and expectations are met.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in private event sales, catering, or hospitality management within a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, especially within the events or hospitality industry.
- Expertise in planning and executing events of varying scales, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support client events.
