The Private Banking Client Advisor will play a vital role in helping grow the business, as well as supporting our current & future clients. This position would provide the highest level of client experience through personalized banking solutions to clients in a collaborative team environment. This role is responsible for serving current relationships and leading the development of new client relationships, in addition to a variety of tasks including those listed below:

  • Strengthen existing client relationships as well as maintain excellent business development skills to identify potential clients.
  • Analyze client financial statements in order to provide and implement financial recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance the client experience.
  • High level of focus on the generation of new relationships and business to assist in meeting team goals:
    • Attend Business Development team meetings.
    • Collaborate with Commercial Banking and Wealth Management teams.
    • Conduct business development calls on prospective and current clients to assist in meeting established team goals.
  • High focus on client service:
    • Relationship management for existing clients, including ongoing and regular client contact and communication with meaningful substance.
    • Providing a high level of responsiveness returning calls and emails regarding client inquiries.


    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
    • 5+ years of lending experience is preferred
    • Previous credit background with sound lending practices is highly preferred
    • Proficiency in Horizon or a similar Core Banking system and Microsoft Dynamics or a similar Client Relationship Management (CRM) platform is preferred
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required
    • Excellent Communication Skills – verbal, written, listening
