Private Banking Client Advisor

The Private Banking Client Advisor will play a vital role in helping grow the business, as well as supporting our current & future clients.
This role would provide the highest level of client experience through personalized banking solutions to clients in a collaborative team environment. This role is responsible for serving current relationships and leading the development of new client relationships, in addition to a variety of tasks including those listed below:
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execution of the business development approach
- Provide extraordinary client experience
- Community Involvement
- Strengthen existing client relationships as well as maintain excellent business development skills to identify potential clients.
- Analyze client financial statements in order to provide and implement financial recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance the client experience.
- High level of focus on the generation of new relationships and business to assist in meeting team goals:
- Attend Business Development team meetings.
- Collaborate with Commercial Banking and Wealth Management teams.
- Conduct business development calls on prospective and current clients to assist in meeting established team goals.
- High focus on client service:
- Relationship management for existing clients, including ongoing and regular client contact and communication with meaningful substance.
- Providing a high level of responsiveness returning calls and emails regarding client inquiries.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- 5+ years of lending experience is preferred
- Previous credit background with sound lending practices is highly preferred
- Proficiency in Horizon or a similar Core Banking system and Microsoft Dynamics or a similar Client Relationship Management (CRM) platform is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required
- Excellent Communication Skills – verbal, written, listening
- Team focused (collaborative, works well with others, supports team goals)
- Holistic approach to advising clients & providing solutions
- Drive to source, win, expand relationships
- Knowledgeable/Credible within their field through experience, education, and credentials
