This role combines analytical expertise, attention to detail, and collaboration with sales, operations, and vendors to ensure high-quality, cost-efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and proof estimates for print and direct mail projects

  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for project execution

  • Analyze historical job data and material pricing to ensure accuracy and competitiveness

  • Evaluate project feasibility and scope before production

Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ years of experience in commercial print or direct mail estimating

  • Strong math, Excel, and analytical skills
