Principal SAP Engineer

Overview:

This is a senior technical leadership role responsible for delivering and continuously improving SAP solutions that support key platforms such as Work Asset Management (WAM), Finance, and HR. The role blends architecture, hands-on development, and cross-team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP S/4HANA and ECC implementations, including ABAP, and GRC.
• Architect and optimize SAP integrations across modules like FI/CO, MM, PM, and HR/HCM.
• Drive performance tuning, data archiving, and ILM strategies.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to ensure compliance and scalability.
• Mentor junior engineers and support platform governance.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of SAP experience, including ABAP, BASIS, and GRC.
• Deep knowledge of SDLC, SAP Web Dynpro, BAPI, IDoc/ALE, and performance tuning.
• Experience with SAP security, EDI, and interface development.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
