Join our dedicated team as a Primary Care Physician where you will provide comprehensive medical care in the field of Internal Medicine or Family Practice. This full clinical onsite role includes a competitive salary range from $225,000 to $300,000 per year, alongside a robust benefits package and the support needed for professional growth and development.

Salary: $225,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides medical patient care by interviewing, examining, and treating clinical patients.
• Educates patients and families on wellness, prevention, and early detection.
• Provides referrals as necessary based on examinations and patient needs.
• Participates actively in quality improvement, management, continuing education, and patient care programs.
• Assists in resolving complaints, requests, and inquiries from patients, ensuring patient satisfaction.
• Maintains confidentiality of all patient information adhering to federal guidelines and regulations.
• Ensures accurate and timely documentation within medical records (EMR).
• Covers night calls as required, ensuring continuous patient care.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Must hold an MD or DO degree.
• Current unrestricted medical licensure in applicable state(s).
• Board eligibility or board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
• Required possession of a DEA license.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a primary care setting is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability in handling patient care needs effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to operate under pressure.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred.
