Primary Care Physician (FP/IM)

Now Hiring: Primary Care Physician (FP/IM) – Lafayette, LA
Schedule: Full-Time Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends or on-call)
Compensation: $230K–$245K base + up to $20K annual quality-based bonuses

Your Role:

• Deliver high-quality, preventative care to Medicare patients

• Oversee 15–18 patient visits daily with full support staff

• Collaborate with Practice Managers and leadership on care goals

• Utilize Canopy and Greenway EMRs for efficient documentation

• Lead and inspire a center-based care team

What You’ll Need:

• MD or DO with Board Cert/Eligibility in FM or IM

• Unrestricted medical license + DEA

• U.S. work authorization

• Passion for patient-centered, value-based medicine

• Geriatric care and outpatient experience preferred
