Primary Care Physician (FP/IM) – Baton Rouge, LA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends or on-call)
Compensation: $230K–$245K base + up to $20K in performance bonuses

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive, high-quality primary care

• Manage a consistent panel of Medicare patients

• Use Canopy and Greenway EMRs

• Collaborate with care teams to improve outcomes

• Lead prevention-focused initiatives that reduce hospital visits

What You’ll Need

• MD or DO, Board Certified/Eligible in FM or IM

• Active Louisiana license (or eligibility) + DEA registration

• U.S. work authorization

• Experience in geriatrics or outpatient care preferred

• Commitment to patient-centered, value-based care
