We are seeking highly skilled, compassionate, and dedicated Physician Assistants to join our dynamic primary care teams located in the scenic Finger Lakes region of New York. As a direct hire, you will play an integral role in providing top-notch medical care in Dundee, Seneca Falls, and Penn Yan. Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive patient care and detailed assessments in a primary care setting.
• Develop and implement patient management plans, record progress notes, and assist in provision of continuity of care.
• Instruct and counsel patients on compliance with prescribed therapeutic regimens.
• Perform physical exams, order and interpret tests, and make diagnoses to ensure optimal patient health.
• Collaborate with primary care teams to provide services, including preventive health education and counseling.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Board Certified Physician Assistant.
• Valid New York State License.
• Prior experience in primary care, emergency care or related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in rural health or similar settings.
• Strong knowledge of primary healthcare principles and practices.
• Experience with electronic medical record systems.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Proven record of punctuality and reliability in previous roles.
