Salary: $230,000 - $280,000 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive medical care to a diverse patient group including adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.
- Implement and manage health plans, perform diagnostic tests, and interpret results for various patient demographics.
- Perform routine check-ups, vaccinations, and screenings for a range of health conditions.
- Conduct procedures including splinting, employment physicals, and disability/workers' compensation exams.
- Interpret EKGs and X-rays to diagnose health issues accurately.
- Engage in continuous education and stay abreast of cutting-edge medical procedures and developments.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution and board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Valid state medical license and at least 2 years of professional experience in a primary care setting.
- Proven ability to manage a variety of medical procedures applicable across diverse patient demographics.
- Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to support patient understanding of complex medical concepts.
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team within an outpatient setting.
- Comfort and proficiency in EKG and X-ray interpretation.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to oversee clinic operations or junior staff when necessary.
- Experience in geriatric care and pediatric medicine.
- Engagement with local community health initiatives.
- Interest or background in medical research applicable to primary care.
