Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Strong commitment to patient centered care
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

The physician will provide comprehensive primary care services including patient evaluations, medical history review, physical examinations, diagnosis and treatment planning, and management of both acute and chronic conditions. Care delivery includes addressing the biomedical and social factors impacting health while ensuring optimal outcomes and patient recovery.
