THE OPPORTUNITY
Join Carondelet Medical Group, one of the region's largest multispecialty groups (100+ providers) in Tucson. This 100% outpatient employed position offers well-established practices with strong patient panels and a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
COMPENSATION
- Total First Year: $275,000 - $340,000+
- Includes: Competitive base, wRVU production bonus, sign-on bonus, relocation
- Benefits: Malpractice with tail, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), PTO, CME allowance
- Short ramp-up period
CLINICAL PRACTICE
- 100% outpatient internal medicine
- Well-established practice with strong patient panel
- No hospital rounding or inpatient duties
- Collaborative, physician-led environment
- Full support staff coverage
SCHEDULE & CALL
- Monday-Friday schedule
- Practice call only - shared among group
- No hospital rounding
- Work-life balance prioritized
