We are partnering with a leading print manufacturer to identify a Digital & Offset UV Pressroom Manager to lead all pressroom operations, ensuring consistent color accuracy, process stability, and on-time production performance. This role oversees scheduling, color management, troubleshooting, quality compliance, and continuous improvement across digital and offset UV platforms.

What You Bring

• Leadership experience managing digital and/or offset UV pressroom operations

• Strong expertise in color management, press calibration, and print troubleshooting

• Ability to manage production schedules while maintaining strict quality standards

• Experience training operators and driving process improvements

• Strong commitment to safety, quality compliance, and operational efficiency
