President needed for Metal Fabrication Facility in Elk County

CDP Solutions is currently conducting a confidential search for a President for a Metal Fabrication Company located in Elk County. Strategic Growth and Technology have allowed this dynamic organization to grow organically at a rate of 100% throughout the last 5 years with aspirations of doubling in size within the next 3 years. The President will have responsibility for the site in Elk County and will report into the ownership of the company.

The President will be responsible for Production, Sales, Maintenance, Engineering, Capital Projects, Quality, Purchasing, Material Management, Finance etc….

This position will require an experienced Operational & Sales Leader with prior experience overseeing a Metal Fabrication facility that can bring both a strategic and hands on approach to manage all aspects of this facility. The President will be part of the executive leadership team.

Ideal candidates will have strong background as Plant Managers, Director of Operations, General Managers, VP of Operations with a major focus around plant operations and some sales background.

Our client offers a Six Figure Base Salary, Bonus, and Potential Equity Ownership. In addition, the client offers an excellent benefits package including 401(k), medical and dental coverage, disability insurance, life insurance, educational assistance, and training programs.

Base Salary: $180K - $210K

Bonus: Percentage of site profit
