As a President of Wealth, you’d be in a player-coach position dedicated to shaping and advancing the strategic direction of the Private Wealth Management team, overseeing financial planning, investment management, trust and estate, private banking, and business development.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and execute a growth-focused strategic plan for the Private Wealth division.
  • Inspire and align the team with the division’s vision and organizational goals.
  • Lead cross-department collaboration to enhance client services and overall success.
  • Drive innovation across technology, products, services, and operational processes.
  • Partner with senior leadership for budgeting, workforce planning, and performance reviews.
  • Recruit, coach, and retain top talent to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Set and monitor sales targets, providing consistent coaching to meet objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain high-net-worth clients.
  • Actively engage in community and business development to generate new opportunities.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on fiduciary, investment, operational, and regulatory matters.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Build the division’s profile through community involvement and professional networks, representing the organization to build brand awareness.
  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships in alignment with company values and planning-based standards
  • Guide clients through the financial planning process, ensuring thorough preparation and execution.
  • Drive client referrals and create new business opportunities in growing geographical areas.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years as a Financial Advisor.
  • Advanced designation required (CFP, CPA, MBA, etc).
  • Proven leadership experience in wealth management, private banking, or related fields.
  • Expertise in compliance, fiduciary responsibilities, and regulatory standards.
  • Strong track record of driving sales performance and financial growth.
  • Commitment to innovation, collaboration, and community involvement.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
