Job Duties:
- Provide strategic leadership and collaborate with the Board to drive organizational growth and impact
- Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies, including foundation partnerships, donor relationships, and grant acquisition
- Oversee program development and implementation to ensure maximum educational impact
- Manage financial operations and budget allocation to support strategic initiatives
- Lead and develop a remote team while fostering a positive, collaborative culture
- Serve as the organization's public face, building relationships with educational leaders, foundations, and key stakeholders
- Guide research initiatives to demonstrate program effectiveness and drive adoption in educational settings
Qualifications:
- 10+ years relevant professional experience
- Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, psychology, education, public health, or related field
- Proven track record in nonprofit leadership and organizational management
- Demonstrated success in fundraising and relationship building
- Experience managing remote teams and scaling operations
- Strong technological proficiency
- Willingness to travel 25% within the US
