Job Duties:

  • Provide strategic leadership and collaborate with the Board to drive organizational growth and impact
  • Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies, including foundation partnerships, donor relationships, and grant acquisition
  • Oversee program development and implementation to ensure maximum educational impact
  • Manage financial operations and budget allocation to support strategic initiatives
  • Lead and develop a remote team while fostering a positive, collaborative culture
  • Serve as the organization's public face, building relationships with educational leaders, foundations, and key stakeholders
  • Guide research initiatives to demonstrate program effectiveness and drive adoption in educational settings

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years relevant professional experience
  • Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, psychology, education, public health, or related field
  • Proven track record in nonprofit leadership and organizational management
  • Demonstrated success in fundraising and relationship building
  • Experience managing remote teams and scaling operations
  • Strong technological proficiency
  • Willingness to travel 25% within the US
