TITLE: President, Multifamily Property Management Company (owner/manager)

POSITION SUMMARY:
This is the senior most executive leader, responsible for building out and managing an in-house multifamily property management platform from the ground up. This individual will report directly to the Board of Directors and founding members, with full ownership of strategy, P&L, organizational structure, team, systems, and culture. The opportunity is to create a best-in-class operating platform for owned and managed assets in alignment with a rapidly scaling acquisition pipeline. This is a rare, growth-driven opportunity to build a multifamily management company from the ground up, backed by a strong capital base and growth strategy.

This company is a well-capitalized, privately held, vertically integrated multifamily investment, ownership, and asset management firm focused on acquiring, repositioning, and managing both conventional and affordable (LIHTC) multifamily communities throughout the Southeast. The firm currently oversees approximately $600M+ in assets under management with plans to approximately double the portfolio over the next 12–24 months.
