Our client is a well funded daily fantasy sports platform with a focus on player props. They set out to build the most exciting daily fantasy sports games possible with limitless growth potential.

They are looking for a C-level leader that is a true operational leader and organizer with years of DFS/Gaming industry experience, scaling a SaaS business from $1M to $50M++ ARR.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
  • Successfully exited start up ventures in the sports gambling arena
  • 7+ years of experience in technology and/or sports gambling/daily fantasy
  • Five years experience managing a complex enterprise's human resources, finances, operations and strategies.
  • Ability to make business projections three years into the future.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives
  • Working with department heads on monthly and quarterly budgets
  • Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
  • Refining KPIs and/or implementing OKRs to keep team working as efficiently as possible
  • Holding team members accountable to tasks and company expectations
  • Conducting quarterly one-on-ones with team
  • Responsible for on-boarding and off-boarding full-time, part-time and interns.
  • Ensuring monthly financials are completed in timely manner
  • Monitoring weekly and monthly expenditures
  • Assist in fundraising ventures
