Precision Grinder – 2nd Shift

💵 Pay Range: $19.00 – $33.85/hour
🕒 Full-time 2nd Shift Start on 1st shift for training; shift differential applies once moved to 2nd shift

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate cylindrical, centerless, and OD/ID precision grinding machines

  • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and machining instructions

  • Select tooling

  • Perform precision measurements using micrometers, gauges, and other instruments

  • Inspect finished components

  • Deburr, polish, or buff workpieces as part of finishing process

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must have Precision OD Grinding experience (Cylindrical preferred; Centerless acceptable and training on cylindrical provided)

  • Proficient in OD/ID, cylindrical, and/or centerless grinding techniques
