Summary:
Kierstead Search Group, a premier nationwide executive search firm, has partnered with a prominent Columbus-based General Contractor looking for a strong Pre-Construction Manager. This is a stable company who has been in business for over 60+ years and offers very large and challenging projects. We are looking for a working manager who has the bandwidth to lead a team, but is willing to roll up their sleeves and dig into estimating responsibilities as well.
Qualifications:
- Experience leading large commercial builds from the ground up (projects range from $40 million - $160 million in size)
- Experience working on projects in the public works sector, higher education, healthcare, manufacturing/distribution, or data centers
- Experience estimating for CMR and hard bid projects
- Experience managing a team of Estimators
- Willingness to be a working manager where you will have estimating responsibilities along with leading a team
