The Weight Management Practice Manager oversees the daily operations of the Bariatric Surgery department, to coordinate and carry out all administrative functions for the specialty office; including general customer service, and general administrative support to physicians/providers and staff. The Bariatric Practice Manager educates staff regarding hospital and practices polices and oversees compliance. Assist in the development and promotion of various practice marketing efforts, off-site promotion of practice with community physicians and various healthcare organizations as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree required.
• Busy medical office experience.
• 3+ years progressive leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
