What You’ll Do

  • Cultivate long-term partnerships with municipalities, river authorities, and private developers.

  • Direct hydrologic/hydraulic analyses, master drainage plans, and flood-control designs—ensuring accuracy, code compliance, and constructability.

  • Craft winning proposals, scopes, and fees; negotiate contracts with confidence.

  • Track budgets, schedules, and staffing with Senior Project Managers to keep surprises at bay.

  • Champion professional growth: coach engineers, shape firmwide H&H standards, and sponsor training.

  • Represent the firm in ASCE, TFMA, EWRI, and civic forums—keeping both your personal brand and the company top of mind.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s in Civil or Agricultural Engineering (ABET-accredited).

  • Texas P.E. in good standing for 10+ years; CFM a plus.

  • 15+ years in water-resources design

  • Proven record leading teams, winning work, and nurturing client relationships.

  • Clear, persuasive communicator—equally comfortable in public meetings, boardrooms, and field boots.

  • Active participation in professional and civic organizations.

  • Availability for a standard 8 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday–Friday schedule.
