A growing post-acute care practice in Pueblo, Colorado is seeking a Physician (MD/DO) to join a collaborative care team serving skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities. This part-time opportunity (2–3 days per week) offers a productivity-based compensation model with uncapped earning potential, strong administrative support, and flexibility for physicians seeking balance without sacrificing income.

Position Details

• Part-time schedule: 2–3 days per week
• Post-acute care setting including skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
