Post-Acute Care Physician

A growing post-acute care practice in Green Valley, Arizona is seeking a Physician (MD/DO) to join a collaborative care team serving skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities. This is a full-time opportunity offering a productivity-based compensation model with uncapped earning potential, strong administrative support, and the ability to build a sustainable long-term practice in a highly desirable Arizona community.

Position Details

• Full-time role in a post-acute care setting (skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities)
• Day call Monday–Friday with a rotating day call weekend schedule
• Collaborative, team-oriented practice environment
• Strong back-office and administrative support
• EMR training and ongoing technical support provided

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Arizona medical license or ability to obtain
• Post-acute care experience preferred but not required
