A national healthcare organization is seeking a NP/PA to join their Post-Acute Care team in Syracuse, NY. This full-time position offers productivity-based compensation with uncapped earning potential.

• Salary Range: $130,000 to $155,000 annually

Practice Highlights/Qualifications:
• Full time (4-5 days/week)

• Post-acute care experience preferred but not required
