The incoming Project Manager will immediately influence business continuity and project performance during a time of heightened demand and critical staffing needs.

With several active HVAC and plumbing construction projects already underway, this individual will assume control of live work early—stabilizing project delivery, strengthening client confidence, and ensuring financial and operational success

Long term, this role is part of a strategic succession plan. High performers will gain exposure to complex, large‑scale construction projects, internal training programs, executive leadership interactions, and career progression pathways designed to develop the next generation of organizational leaders.

The Company:

The company executes major work—including chiller and boiler plants, higher education facilities, healthcare institutions, large commercial developments, distribution centers, and municipal infrastructure. They self‑perform all piping and leverage in‑house prefabrication, robust operational systems, and a culture rooted in collaboration, integrity, and craftsmanship.

The workplace is modern, energetic, and team‑oriented. Employees enjoy professional development, quarterly training programs, collaborative cross‑company support, and a strong sense of pride fueled by industry awards, safety recognition, and a legacy of excellence.

The Boss:
The Project Manager reports directly to the Director of Operations, who oversees all project managers and field operations. The Director reports to the Vice President of the mechanical division. Leadership is engaged, accessible, and committed to training and supporting project teams.

Candidates will also interact routinely with senior executives, including the CEO, who participates in final interview rounds to ensure cultural and organizational alignment.

The Position:
The Project Manager is responsible for the full project lifecycle—budgeting, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor coordination, client relations, financial performance, safety oversight, and job closeout.

The individual will operate within a structured system that includes prefabrication workflows, cost‑coding procedures, change management processes, and standardized scheduling tools. They will collaborate regularly with estimating, field supervision, BIM/CAD personnel, product vendors, subcontractors, and internal leadership.
