The Opportunity
The Plant Manager will oversee all daily manufacturing operations while driving safety, quality, productivity, and long-term strategic growth. Leading a team of 160 employees, this individual will shape culture, optimize processes, expand capacity, and champion continuous improvement in a high-volume, 24/5 environment.

What They’re Looking For

• 7+ years of flexographic printing leadership

• Strong operational, financial, and people-management skills

• Experience with pressure-sensitive labels and ABG/Mark Andy equipment

• Proven ability to build high-performing teams and deliver measurable results
