About the Opportunity
We’re partnering with an established manufacturing organization operating high-volume, multi-shift production in a regulated environment. The business is in an active phase of growth and investment, and this Plant Manager role sits at the center of site execution—turning operational standards and demand into safe, reliable performance.
This opportunity is well-suited for a hands-on, metrics-driven leader who enjoys owning results, building strong teams, and driving disciplined execution. You’ll have meaningful autonomy on site, plus strong cross-functional partnership and visibility.
What You’ll Do

Lead site performance across safety, quality, production, maintenance, and supply chain functions.

Drive daily execution while delivering site goals through structured operating systems and continuous improvement.

Ensure efficient production planning, inventory flow, and shipping to meet demand and quality expectations.

Own cost control (labor, overhead, waste/shrink) and improve productivity using CI/Lean methods.

Build and manage operating and capital budgets; partner with finance on forecasting and month-end support.

Execute capital projects that strengthen capacity, efficiency, and reliability.

Ensure SOPs, GMPs, and safety standards are in place and followed consistently.

Lead audit readiness and compliance for corporate, customer, and regulatory requirements.

Develop leaders through staffing, performance management, coaching, and succession planning.

Collaborate with peer leaders to share best practices and raise standards across the network.

Preferred Experience & Attributes

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or Business (preferred).

5–7+ years in operations/maintenance/engineering/process improvement with direct people leadership.

Experience leading in a Lean/CI environment; Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Working knowledge of regulatory requirements (FDA/OSHA/EPA exposure a plus).

Strong financial acumen with budget, capital, and cost-control responsibility.

Clear communicator with a practical, accountable leadership style.
