Plant Manager
Job Description
We are working with a well established food manufacturer to identify a Plant Manager to lead operations at a large scale manufacturing facility in Wisconsin. The successful candidate will be a hands on operations leader with a strong foundation in continuous improvement who is ready to take ownership of day to day plant performance. The ideal candidate brings a technical mindset, strong floor presence, and the ability to drive execution, reliability, and culture in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do

Lead daily operations for a large-scale dry food manufacturing facility with approximately 400 employees across production, maintenance, quality, engineering, and materials

Directly manage the Assistant Factory Manager and provide indirect leadership across supervisors and functional leaders

Own performance across safety, quality, efficiency, and customer service in a 24/7 operating environment

Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement, equipment reliability, and disciplined execution

Partner closely with maintenance and engineering teams to improve uptime, asset performance, and capital effectiveness

Support ongoing growth initiatives, plant modernization, and new product introductions

Champion strong floor presence and foster a culture of accountability, communication, and trust across all shifts
Who You Are
-
An experienced operations leader with a strong engineering, maintenance, or technical foundation

Background in high-volume food or beverage manufacturing environments, preferably in dry processing

A proven people leader with experience managing large, cross-functional teams

Hands-on, visible, and comfortable solving problems in real time on the production floor

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field
