The Role Overview:
The Plant Manager will lead and optimize operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. This executive leadership role is responsible for driving team performance, enhancing product yield, and maintaining strict safety standards—including achieving zero lost-time incidents. You will mentor a large workforce, oversee SOP development, and implement lean manufacturing principles to eliminate bottlenecks. As a key decision-maker, you will collaborate with Sales and Finance to meet customer expectations and manage a multi-million dollar personnel budget. Extensive experience in manufacturing leadership and a deep understanding of wood products or millwork are essential.
