Plant Maintenance Manager

A fantastic, full-time opening for a Plant Maintenance Manager has become available in a food processing facility near Elizabeth City, NC for an individual with 5+ years of Equipment Maintenance experience in a manufacturing/food processing environment.

This position will earn a generous base salary and has a great benefits package including full medical, dental and vision benefits, life insurance, a 401K plan with company matching, generous PTO and other outstanding perks.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration:

• Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have 5+ years of Equipment Maintenance experience, managing Operations in a large food processing facility.
• Experience scheduling repairs/installation of new machines in a continuous operation facility is a MUST
• Experience reviewing plans, job orders, purchase orders, preparing budgets, and monitoring expenditures is a MUST
• Familiarity with Food Safety procedures, GMP’s, etc. is a MUST

• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Maintenance Management, or equivalent experience is a MUST
