We’re hiring a Plant Controller in our rapidly growing plant (relocation is offered within the USA). In this role, you will function as a business partner with plant and financial management to effectively manage and control the local business.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Detailed financial analysis of Plant operating results
  • Performance reporting to Plant and Business Unit leadership
  • Manufacturing and Material spend forecasting and tracking
  • Labor and efficiency tracking
  • Supervise payroll process
  • Identify and track savings initiative reporting
  • Lead annual budget process for Plant
  • Manage periodic physical inventory counts and analyze potential excess and obsolete inventory items monthly
  • Support Operations team
  • Periodic audit of plant internal control structures and operational reporting
  • Adhoc analysis / special projects

Must Haves (Basic Qualifications):

  • Bachelors’ degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 7 + years Accounting/Finance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables etc.)

Nice to Haves (Preferred Qualifications):

  • MBA or CPA preferred
  • Automotive experience preferred
  • Experience with financial performance analysis vs. targets
  • SAP Experience
  • PowerPoint Skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
