Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations of the plant, including cost accounting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Partner with plant management to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive profitability.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with corporate policies and GAAP.
• Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, including variance analysis and forecasting.
• Support inventory valuation, capital expenditures, and operational improvements.
• Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in plant or manufacturing accounting, with leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in cost accounting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
