We are looking for a Plant Accounting Manager to work for our client, a leading manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will align with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all plant accounting functions, including cost accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Analyze variances in production costs and provide insights to improve financial efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes for plant financials.
• Identify and implement process improvements for better financial accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of experience in plant or manufacturing accounting.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, financial analysis, and inventory management.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
