The Planner/Scheduler is responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance and construction work activities. This role partners closely with project managers, engineers, field personnel, and internal teams to develop work plans, ensure data accuracy, track progress, and identify and mitigate risks. This position requires both technical planning skills and strong communication, as the individual will regularly engage with multiple stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule maintenance and construction activities
  • Review and validate work notifications for accuracy and completeness
  • Create and manage work orders (WOs) and purchase orders (POs)
  • Ensure data integrity and resolve system discrepancies
  • Support a designated maintenance and construction area within the SAP structure
  • Participate in daily and weekly meetings with field teams and stakeholders
  • Track work progress and provide regular status updates
  • Assist with reporting and coordination of overall work activities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in planning, scheduling, maintenance, or construction environments preferred
  • Oil and gas industry experience preferred, but not required
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills highly preferred

  • Comfortable speaking and leading discussions in group settings, including MS Teams calls with 5–6+ participants
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams

  • Engages actively with stakeholders
  • Leads discussions on outstanding notifications and work items
  • Ensures work is properly planned, coordinated, and executed
