• 5-7 years experience with HVAC and process piping
• Comprehensive knowledge of different types and diameters of piping
• 5+ years leading one or more jobsite crews
• Proven leadership abilities
• Ability to read blueprints and supervise layout and installation of jobs
• An aptitude for working with many types of tools, machines, and other specialty equipment
• Show natural abilities as a self starter
