Responsibilities
  • The Piping & Utilities Engineer will prepare and manage design packages for industrial manufacturing clients.
  • Will use knowledge of industrial process piping systems, to include studies, calculations, stress analysis, equipment specs, and subcontractor bid reviews.
  • Will be considered a thought leader on a subject.
  • Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well.
  • Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrity.
  • Comfortable leading teams in a multidiscipline design environment, as well as supporting construction and field operations as required.
  • Relocation provided. $120K-$150K.
Requirements
  • The Piping & Utilities Engineer will have a BSME and active PE registration.
  • 10+ years of relevant design experience.
  • Familiarity with jacketed piping, hot oil systems, and B31.3 code is desired.
  • Experience with CAESAR II and AutoCAD is preferred. The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading teams in a multidiscipline design environment, as well as supporting construction and field operations as required.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
