Our Internal Medicine team consists of three Physicians and two Advanced Practice Providers when fully staffed. This position is being hired for the replacement of a long-term physician who is retiring. General bread and butter internal medicine practice. Average 15-20 patients per day. J1 candidates will be considered.

Position Overview

• Anticipated 1:6 call shared with local Outpatient Internal Medicine physicians.
• Lab, X-ray, CT scan and MRI onsite
• Multi-specialty clinic with specialists readily available for support
• 16 - 18 patients per day
• EPIC Electronic Medical Record
• Clinic hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

• Compensation: First year salary guarantee is based on MGMA/AMGA median, compensation moves to RVU production in year two. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications.

What We’re Seeking in a Candidate

• Board certified or board eligible physician
• Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State
• Concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families
• Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records
• Being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 is an essential requirement of working at our client Health.
