Position Overview
A respected Rural Health Clinic is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative clinical environment. This provider will work closely with the Medical Director, delivering comprehensive care to a diverse patient population while practicing at the top of their license.

Compensation & Incentives
- Salary Range: $138,000 – $195,000 annually (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages (acute, chronic, and preventive care)
- Perform detailed histories, physical exams, and clinical assessments
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests; develop and implement treatment plans
- Collaborate with the Medical Director under delegation agreements or standardized procedures (per California law)
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within the EHR
- Educate patients on disease management, prevention, and wellness
- Participate in clinic policy development and quality improvement initiatives
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and optimal outcomes
- Maintain Medical Staff privileges and participate in staff functions
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
- Active California PA or NP license
- Current DEA registration
- BLS certification required ACLS/PALS preferred
- Strong clinical judgment with ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to culturally competent, patient-centered care
- Bilingual skills are a plus
