About You

• Be able to do the job as described
• You have at least 5+ years of First Assist/OR experience in orthopedic surgery - Trauma surgery or foot & ankle or total joints (hips/knees/shoulders)
• Strong teaching skills and experience developing training materials
• Comfortable working with cadaver specimens
• Certified as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner OR hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in biomedical sciences

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading surgical skills labs and orthopedic training sessions
• Developing educational materials, online courses, and digital learning content
• Teaching healthcare professionals and business partners about products and procedures
• Collaborating with product management, engineering, and R&D to enhance medical devices
• Assisting with research, development, and clinical accuracy reviews
• Up to 20% travel (including internationally) to support medical education initiatives
