Salary: $45,760.00 - $62,400.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform physical therapy treatments under a Physical Therapist's direct supervision.
  • Educate and guide patients on their diagnoses, treatment plans, and therapeutic progress.
  • Promote patient engagement and accountability in adherence to therapeutic regimes.
  • Meticulously document treatment sessions and update patient care plans accordingly.
  • Effectively communicate any significant patient updates to the supervising Physical Therapist.
  • Oversee and ensure the efficiency of therapy sessions conducted by therapy technicians.
  • Manage patient records, maintaining comprehensive documentation for case management and productivity reporting.
  • Assist in the clinic's marketing efforts to attract and retain a client base.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • Associate in Applied Science (AAS) in Physical Therapy Assisting is mandatory.
  • Current or pending Wyoming Physical Therapist Assistant Certification.
  • Demonstrated excellence in communication and patient care.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced work environment.
  • A genuine passion for aiding patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a physical therapy setting is highly valued.
  • Advanced certifications related to physical therapy or special rehab areas are an advantage.
