About the Role:
We’re hiring a Physical Therapist who’s passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you’ll manage the full continuum of therapy services—from evaluation through discharge—in coordination with the care team and referring providers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized care plans
  • Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions to improve patient outcomes
  • Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to support function and recovery
  • Document progress, modify care plans, and collaborate with the clinical team
  • Prioritize and manage caseload effectively, including hand-offs and daily assignments

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (required)
  • State licensure as a Physical Therapist (required)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) – within 30 days of hire
  • Open to new graduates and experienced therapists
