Overview

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to deliver exceptional one-on-one care while developing leadership skills.

This role offers mentorship, growth, and advancement within a supportive outpatient practice.

What You’ll Do

- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs.
- Deliver quality one-on-one care focused on functional recovery.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve patient goals.
- Participate in mentorship and leadership development opportunities.
- Maintain documentation and contribute to clinic growth initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

- Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT or MPT) in Arizona or eligible
- Strong communicator and team player
