If you're looking for a full-time Physical Therapy role that supports how you want to practice—whether you're early in your career or ready for a more sustainable setup—this could be the right fit. Our outpatient clinic is affiliated with a regional hospital and designed for PTs who value quality care, manageable caseloads, and a supportive environment. For newer clinicians, this is a place to build confidence with the right support. For experienced therapists, it’s an opportunity to step into a setting that respects your time, clinical judgment, and long-term career goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver 1:1 patient care in an outpatient setting (no overlap)
  • Evaluate, treat, and develop individualized care plans
  • Work alongside a collaborative rehab team and engaged leadership
  • Contribute to growing service lines, including Aquatic Therapy and Clinical Ladders
  • Continue developing your skills with CEU and tuition reimbursement support

What Sets This Role Apart:

  • 45-minute treatment sessions
  • 8–10 patients per day
  • Flexible scheduling options
  • Environment built around sustainability—not burnout

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $45–$55/hour
  • CEU support and tuition reimbursement
  • Discounted on-site wellness center access
  • No deductible for local healthcare services
  • 160% employer-match pension program

Who We’re Looking For:

  • DPT or on track to graduate
  • Licensed (or license-eligible) in Texas
  • Clinicians who value patient-centered care and long-term growth
