We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our growing healthcare team based in the Washington, DC Metro area, including Virginia and Maryland. This position offers the opportunity to play a crucial role in the rehabilitation of our patients, helping them achieve their recovery goals through personalized therapy plans. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive care tailored to individual patient needs.

Salary: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patient conditions and rehabilitation needs following referrals.
• Develop and execute treatment programs with attainable goals under physician guidance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and therapy effectiveness.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and therapy techniques.
• Administer direct patient care, adjusting treatment plans based on patient responses and progress.
• Engage with medical professionals across disciplines to formulate holistic care plans.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid PT licensure in the operating state(s).
• Current CPR for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Experienced in the use of electronic medical records.
• Familiarity with decentralized collaborative team structures.
• Understanding of CPT, ICD-10 codes, and pertinent insurance guidelines including Medicare and Workers' Compensation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Specialization in neurological, orthopedic, or pediatric physical therapy.
• Experience managing a diverse patient caseload.
• Proven track record of developing effective patient-centered treatment plans.
• Ability to lead initiatives in clinical service delivery and quality assurance.
