Our client is a 300 bed hospital located near beautiful Panama City. They are searching for a great Physical Therapist to join their outstanding team.

The Physical Therapist provides direct patient care, evaluates functional needs and outcomes, consults with other specialists as needed. Reassesses patient's needs and adjusts care plan as indicated to ensure optimal patient outcome. The PT administers neurological developmental techniques, electrical therapy, and prosthetic and orthotic therapy. The Physical Therapist administers joint mobilization techniques and provides education on equipment use. Evaluates and progresses patient with vasopneumatic devices. Evaluates need for and recommends type of durable medical equipment for patient. This Physical Therapist delegates and oversees work performed by support staff. Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients ranging from newborn to geriatric.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of FL
• Years experience as a PT in an Acute Care Hospital setting
