Salary: $82,344 - $110,592 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patient conditions, plan treatment programs, and implement physical therapy interventions.
  • Provide direct patient care using specialized techniques for rehabilitation.
  • Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions tailored to patient needs across diverse diagnoses.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan and assess treatment regimens.
  • Participate in patient and family education regarding therapies and treatments.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and progress reports complying with healthcare regulations and privacy standards.
  • Access and utilize cutting-edge technology and resources like EPIC EMR for efficient management of patient information.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current Ohio Physical Therapy License or eligibility to obtain certification.
  • Experience from at least one clinical rotation in a variety of settings such as Acute Rehab, SNF, or Outpatient facilities.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced certifications or specializations in physical therapy practices are highly regarded.
  • Experience in a hospital setting is preferable but not required.
  • Demonstrated leadership in professional or academic settings.
  • Prior experience with EMR systems, particularly EPIC, is beneficial.
  • Proven track record of improving patient mobility and quality of life through effective treatment plans.
