About the Position:

• Stand-alone Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital
• The Hospital treats a 90% Neuro caseload: Stroke, TBI, Spinal Cords & more
• Lead a team of 10 other PTs, & partner with DOR to accomplish goals
• Serve as the "go to" person for all training & mentorship of the staff & students
• Patients have a 90% return to home rate
• 60 - 90 minute treatment sessions: Therapists see 6 patients per day on average
• Medical, Dental & Life Insurance (Multiple plans)
• Paid Time Off (PTO) = 4 weeks +

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Masters or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Three years of clinical experience required
• All previous leadership experience will be considered
• Must be detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Collaborative, team-building personality style
• Servant leader mindset
